Pre-Order Cancellation Policy

Some products may occasionally be offered for pre-order. Pre-order items will be clearly identified on the relevant product page, together with the applicable price, payment terms and estimated dispatch date.

Payment

Depending on the terms shown on the product page, we may collect the full purchase price or a partial deposit when the pre-order is placed.

If only a deposit is collected, the remaining balance will be charged using the selected payment method at the time stated before the order is completed.

Payment details are processed securely by our payment provider. De Ma Chambre does not have access to customers’ complete payment card information.

Unless expressly stated otherwise on the relevant product page, a pre-order is a one-time purchase and does not create a subscription or recurring delivery arrangement.

Cancelling a Pre-Order

An unfulfilled pre-order may be cancelled before it has been dispatched.

To request a cancellation, please contact info@de-machambre.com with your name and order number. If the order has not yet been dispatched, any payment already collected will be refunded to the original payment method.

Once a pre-order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled before delivery. After receiving the order, the customer may request a return in accordance with our Refund Policy and any applicable statutory right of withdrawal.

Changes to the Estimated Dispatch Date

Estimated dispatch dates are provided in good faith but may occasionally change due to production, supply or transportation circumstances.

If we are unable to dispatch a pre-order within the originally stated period, we will contact the customer with a revised estimated dispatch date. The customer may accept the revised date or cancel the unfulfilled pre-order for a full refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
