Selling Prices
Product prices are displayed on each product page in euros. Prices include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.
Additional Charges
Shipping costs are calculated according to the delivery destination and displayed at checkout before the order is completed.
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or other charges may be imposed by the destination country. Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Available payment methods may vary depending on the customer’s location, device and browser.
Payment is due in full when the order is placed and is processed securely through the selected payment provider. An order cannot be completed if payment is not successfully authorised.
Order Confirmation
After placing an order, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email. If an item is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred or the order cannot be fulfilled for another reasonable cause, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund through the original payment method.
Processing and Delivery
Orders are processed and dispatched from the Netherlands within two business days after the order is confirmed, excluding weekends and Dutch public holidays.
Orders are shipped with PostNL. A tracking number will be provided by email once the order has been dispatched.
Delivery times vary according to the destination and are estimates only. Customs procedures, carrier disruptions, public holidays and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in delays.
Returns and Cancellations
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order. To request a return, please contact info@de-machambre.com before sending the item back.
Unless the product is defective, damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the item. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
If an order has already been dispatched, it cannot normally be cancelled before delivery and must be returned in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us promptly at info@de-machambre.com with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging.
Where the claim is accepted, De Ma Chambre will arrange an appropriate remedy, such as a replacement or refund, and will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
Original shipping costs are not refundable unless the item was damaged, defective or incorrect, or reimbursement is otherwise required by applicable law.

Products are available while stocks last. Where an offer or sales period is limited, the applicable period will be stated on the relevant product page.
